Industrial Flooring Installer
Join our self-perform crew applying epoxy, urethane cement, and polished concrete systems across industrial facilities. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Surface Preparation Technician
Operate shot blasters, diamond grinders, and scarifiers to prepare concrete substrates to ICRI CSP standards. Experience with moisture testing a plus.
Project Estimator
Develop accurate cost estimates for industrial flooring projects ranging from $50K to $5M. Read blueprints, conduct site visits, and prepare bid packages.
Field Superintendent
Oversee on-site crew operations, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality standards on industrial flooring installations across Texas markets.
